Sam rencontre un nouveau fantôme chez les Farnsby : Bjorn, un guerrier viking qui s'avère être le fils de Thorfinn. Ils ne peuvent pas se retrouver dans la même pièce mais, grâce à une idée de Jay, Sam trouve un moyen de les faire communiquer. Il s'avère qu'après la mort de Thorfinn, Bjorn n'a pas vraiment suivi le chemin qu'aurait souhaité son père...
